Process
How a custom digital invitation is made
Three clear stages — brief, direction, craft — from first conversation to files ready to send.
Working with Designer Invite starts with a brief (dates, places, names, tone). The studio returns an editorial direction for typography, layout, and on-screen format, then completes focused revisions and delivers final digital files. Most projects take two to four weeks, depending on how complete your details are and how quickly feedback returns.
1. Brief
Share what guests should know and feel: couple names, wedding or event date, venues, dress code if any, guest scale, and references that feel like you — not a mood board of every trend. Incomplete details slow design; accurate ones sharpen it.
2. Direction
You receive a clear editorial direction: type choices, layout approach, and how the piece will live on a phone. This is the moment to confirm tone before full craft begins.
3. Craft
Revisions stay focused so the invitation stays coherent. Final deliverables are digital files ready to send on WhatsApp, message, or email — no print production, no shipping delay.
What to prepare before you message
- Preferred date (or weekend) and primary location
- Approximate guest count
- Whether you need save-the-date, full suite, engagement piece, or event cards (sangeet, mehendi, reception)
- Any must-include wording (parents’ names, cultural lines, RSVP method)
