These terms govern your use of designerinvite.com and custom work commissioned from Designer Invite. Last updated 14 October 2026.

Who we are

Designer Invite is a studio for personalized digital wedding and celebration invitation styles. Contact: @designerinviteco or hello@designerinvite.com.

The website

The site is provided for information and to preview invitation styles. Style demos use fiction sample couples so you can experience motion and layout. They are not private client sites and are not sold as ready-made DIY template packs.

Custom commissions

Projects typically start when you message us with a preferred style, date, place, and names. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in writing (Instagram, email, or invoice) before work is treated as commissioned. Typical deliverables may include a personalized digital invitation, a hosted guest website, invitation video and images, and matching digital stationery files — as agreed for your project. We do not offer print production or physical shipping unless separately agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that details, photos, and wording you supply are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for how you share the invitation link with guests and for any guest data you collect outside our systems.

Revisions and timeline

Most projects take about two to four weeks from a clear brief to a shareable guest link, depending on scope and how quickly feedback returns. Focused revision rounds are part of the process; material scope changes may require a new quote.

Fees and cancellation

Fees and payment schedule are set per project. Work that has begun may be non-refundable in whole or in part once craft has started, as stated in your quote or invoice. If either party cancels before delivery, we will confirm what is owed for work already completed.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered invitation suite for your event — including sharing the guest link and files with your guests and on your channels. Designer Invite retains ownership of underlying style systems, code, templates, and unused concepts. Unless you ask us not to in writing before delivery, we may show anonymized or credited work in our portfolio and marketing. Sample demos on this site remain our property.

Hosted guest sites

When we host a guest invitation site for you, hosting continues for the period agreed for your project. After that period we may take the site offline unless hosting is extended. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or hosted invitation links (including attempts to disrupt service, scrape content at scale, or use our work for competing template products without permission).

Disclaimer and liability

The site and demos are provided as-is for preview and information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designer Invite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or commissioned work. Our total liability for a commissioned project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Project-specific quotes and invoices control if they conflict with this page on fee, scope, or delivery points.
